On Dec 20, 2004 The Grand Fiasco gave their OK for inclusion on the Live Music Archive project:

RE: loss-derivatives:
" I probably will not opt for lossy versions of the shows that I will upload, but anyone else who is uploading our stuff is free to go that route if they choose to. I just feel that the shows that I personally have taped, should be heard in the best context possible, and sometimes the lossy versions don't sound that great, but we are not at all opposed to letting the taper use their own judgement as to whether or not they would like lossy versions to be available for the shows of ours that they have taped."
